Korean sun in your home, LED lamps with sun light





For testing, E14 and E27 LED lamps were received from Remez. The company was the first in Russia to start producing light bulbs with new unique Korean Sunlike LEDs whose luminous flux is similar to that of sunlight. Conventional LEDs are based on crystals that emit blue color, which passes through the phosphor and turns white. Sunlike LEDs use violet crystals to receive sunlight.



They have slightly lower lumens per watt efficiency compared to classic LEDs.

Samples of LED lamps E27 and E14 with a color temperature of 3000K and 4100K, this corresponds to warm light from both incandescent bulbs and neutral white. There are also models with white cold light at 5700K.

Samples are heated to operating temperature for 30 minutes. During this period, the power is slightly reduced by an average of 5%, this is a common indicator for most E14 and E27 bulbs.

Light flow









We use a photometric sphere to measure the luminous flux. We preheat the LED lamps for 60 minutes.



Measurements have shown that the measured luminous flux corresponds to the declared one. It should be noted that a deviation of ยฑ 5% is allowed in production. Also the error of the measuring device is ยฑ 3%

Heat







An important parameter that directly affects the life of the product is the heating of the LEDs. The lamps were warmed up completely assembled, before the measurement the diffuser was removed and the measurement was carried out.



Normal heating of modern LEDs used in general lighting is 100 - 110 degrees. In this case, the declared service life of the product is preserved. Remez E14 and E27 LED bulbs have a service life of 30,000 hours according to the LM80 standard. After a specified period of time, the luminous flux will decrease to 80% of the original. The warranty period is 5 years.

Colour temperature







In order not to show a table filled with results of the same type, the color temperature corresponds to the declared values โ€‹โ€‹of 4100K and 3000K. The color rendering index is at CRI 96-98, which corresponds to the color rendering of sunlight.







Backlit switch compatible







Many are faced with the problem of incompatibility of LED lamps with a switch that has a backlight. For this, an LED or neon lamp is installed in the switch. When they are lit, a small current passes through them, due to which the light bulb may constantly glow a little or flash at intervals of 2-5 seconds. 90% of bulbs have this problem.



Tests have shown that all Remez lamps are adapted to work with illuminated switches.

Outcome



Remez lamps correspond to the characteristics declared by the manufacturer. The minimum ripple frequency is <2% (for comparison, for most LED lamps it fluctuates between 4-7%). Highest color rendering, which most accurately reproduces color perception CRI = 95-98 Ra.



Due to the light as close as possible to the natural sunlight, the eyes are less stressed. Such lamps can be in demand among photographers, artists, designers, stylists.
