This can be used to simplify / reduce vector or find distortions in data collection, control. There is also an error vector, noise, forward and feedback.



Parameters can be as follows: the number of manufactured or sold products, monthly turnover, stock balances (and in the context of each Nomenclature), average salary, hourly rate, advertising costs, scrap percentage, net profit (and all parameters can be reduced to her) and many others.

There are even analytical reports that show summary (summarize) information for a certain period of time and (or) in other sections.



- And where, in fact, is the management here? Where is the definition of the current state?

- There is a profit and loss statement, accounts receivable, finished goods, sales funnel.

- Let's say. To what extent do they reflect reality? Where is the goal setting?

- Hmm. H'm. Uh.

- Where are the functions / algorithms for achieving goals (management)? Where are the functions for forming these algorithms?

Generally large corporations are engaged in advanced analytics and forecasting, having "in service" with large computing power, huge amounts of accumulated information, a staff of specialists and special software. This software is available online and is often free. The main thing is to understand what it is for and how to use it.



And if we talk about "power" - today for $ 1000 you can buy a computer that produces a trillion (10 ^ 12) operations per second. Not enough already. (I'm talking about the GPU - for example, about "gaming"). For me, it is quite affordable even for an ordinary individual entrepreneur.



This computing power is enough to calculate the balance sheet, taxes, salaries, profits of a store with a nomenclature of 10-50 thousand units within a minute. And if this is done with different parameters, then we get an economic modeling - a forecast.

It is clear that forecasts and reality often do not coincide, because there are other players in the market and many influencing factors - obstacles. Can't we take them into account? Fit into state vectors?



And do it as often as possible. Receive prompt feedback. In fact, we are driving along the serpentine with tremendous speed, slowly blinking our eyes.
