I, through the feedback form, repeatedly wrote to the developers various useful suggestions, including a request to add a new type of complaint - a complaint about the low quality of a particular product to protect the time / nerve / money / health of many buyers, which should result in a complete blocking of such a product from all sellers on the site. Such a measure is necessary as an elementary analogue replacing the verification and certification of goods sold in Russia by state bodies such as RosTest, RosStandart, RosPotrebNadzor, RosKachestvo, compliance with GOST, ISO, etc.



But, since AliExpress does not implement such control in any way and does not respond to such offers - it is obvious that the only thing that is important for AliExpress is maximizing sales at the expense of any bullshit and an average statistical satisfactory rating. That ordinary buyers simply cannot check some parameters of bullshit / shit / harmful goods, because they do not have professional equipment, that some product simply does not perform basic functions, that some product may be harmful - AliExpress does not want to understand, in a global sense it is they absolutely do not soar, just to sell more! The average Russian 5-20% dissatisfied - well, they will give a discount, well, they will return some of the money, the main task of the AE platform is to sell everything in order to weld 80-95% of sales of any product, even shitty or harmful. Taking into account the "common characteristics" of our population (laziness,do not care, carelessness, etc.) - alas, this method in mass sales rolls out in Russia "with a bang!"



1.2) Using the example of a popular product - lanterns



AE sells hundreds of lanterns in conventional price groups of 150-500 rubles, 600-1000 rubles, 1000-1500, 1500-2000 rubles. The overwhelming majority of which, taking into account the delivery, simply cannot contain all the components necessary for all the high declared characteristics, such as: brightness 1000-6000Lm, 5000-6000mAh batteries, powerful LEDs from the best manufacturer like "2x Creed XPL2 LED", moisture - IPX68 protection, etc. Indeed, a test purchase with deep detailed testing of almost 60 (sixty) lamps for almost 100 parameters with a price from 150 rubles to 4'500 rubles in 2 months revealed that about 90% (!!!) of tested lamps with a price of up to ~ 2.5 tr have those or other, but very significant, problems:

2. Problems of AliExpress standards of attitude to customers



2.1) Conditional approval by AliExpress for sales of highly used goods from China



If a buyer receives a product with obvious damage, chips, scratches, without a kit, without important certificates, with an already depleted battery, etc., etc. - in each such case, if the product does not have a “convenient local return 15 days”, in disputes AE arbitrators offered me 2 solutions: a) return the goods to the seller, but send them back for my money to the buyer; b) partial compensation with a refund of 30-50% of the money.



That is, the buyer orders a NEW CLEAN QUALITY GOODS, let's put it for 2'000 rubles, but receives a heavily used / broken / broken / incomplete product, and AliExpress, with lordly benevolence, puts the buyer in front of a choice - either the buyer leaves a worthless product for himself for 1000-1300 rubles, which is I didn't want to at all; or the buyer must spend another 500-1000 rubles + time + nerves to send the goods back to China, that is, the buyer, in addition to the time and nerves already spent, must also spend money on the return, although all the fault in sending a bad sample of the goods lies solely with the seller! What the fuck ?!



Since AliExpress has an office in Russia in the MoscowCity skyscraper - AliExpress sales are obliged to obey Russian legislation - the law "On Consumer Rights Protection" states: if defects are found in the product, the consumer has the right to choose CAM: replacement with the same new one; replacement with another similar one; a commensurate reduction in the purchase price; full money back. Also in the new article 26.1 "Remote way of selling goods" it is established:



26.1.4. The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days. In the event that information on the procedure and timing for returning the goods of good quality was not provided in writing at the time of delivery of the goods, the consumer has the right to refuse the goods within three months from the date of transfer of the goods.



Also, Article 18 establishes the obligation to deliver the goods at the expense of the seller (manufacturer) in the following cases: for repair, markdown, replacement and return them to you (after repair, markdown, replacement).



The logic of the Russian law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" is obvious - if the seller is to blame, the seller must bear all the losses! A similar format of “inconvenient for the buyer decisions” of AliExpress arbitrators in disputes with badly beaten-damaged goods only stimulates negligent sellers to sell their battered-damaged goods via the Internet, which no one will buy from them live in China! So it turns out that by such decisions, the arbiters of AliExpress, as it were, secretly help to sell battered goods to Russia, that is, they help to nag Russian buyers! Are such actions by AliExpress even legal ?!



2.2) Stupidity of the system / arbitrators



Before the start of the mass return of flashlights for weighty objective reasons, I had a 5-year positive purchase history, I am extremely honest, I have never deceived sellers, I also keep all the flashlights from test purchases that do not have any significant drawbacks to myself and have already spent for this, in the name of the common good of my compatriots, I have a lot of my own money. There were even cases when the arbitrators offered a choice of 2 options:



a) leave the goods with a full refund;



b) return the goods with a full refund - I chose the second option and FOR MY own money sent the goods back to the seller in order to reduce his monetary losses. (Since the fact that 90-95% of lanterns are crap / deceit is not the sellers' fault, but the manufacturers are to blame first of all!) I don't need someone else's, even for free, especially crap.



That is, 95% of my disputes are precisely "convenient returns" so that sellers get their goods back. So after the return of ~ 50% of the lanterns purchased in the last 2 months (for reasons from item 1), that only ~ 30 disputes of "convenient return" and only ~ 15% of the total number of my purchases on AE for 5 years. Although I have never deceived and EVERY claim is clearly substantiated by text and documented with photos and videos, even though all my actions on the site and interaction with sellers and AliExpress are exceptionally honest and comply with the laws of the Russian Federation and the rules of the site - AliExpress clearly put me on the list of "bad buyers" ... Helping buyers to avoid deception and flashlights, which, with constant use, can even spoil their eyesight, with detailed test reviews, I suddenly became a "bad buyer", and now on AliExpress:

Also, AliExpress employees do not seem to understand another important point. Here is a decent product, its manufacturer put Y efforts and money on its production. And there is a shitty-fraudulent low-quality product - its manufacturer has applied only from 3 / 4Y to 1 / 5Y of effort and money for its production. At the same time, cheap low-quality goods are sold in much larger quantities! It turns out that AliExpress, by allowing the sale of shitty low-quality goods, silently supporting the mass cheating of buyers - HARMs not only the BUYERS, but, as a result, AliExpress HARMES RESPONSIBLE MANUFACTURERS who supply quality goods, because the shit-goods with its low prices take away buyers from worthy manufacturers!
