We launched the Startup School online program in 2017 to support founders who are actively working to build their companies. On November 9, we are also opening a startup school for potential founders who are interested in starting a company in the future. You can register for the new course today.

Startup School is extremely successful in helping active founders grow their companies. Today it is a service for 140,000 founders. However, our online program was not suitable for people who had not yet decided what to work on. In fact, you couldn't even complete your registration if you weren't actively working on a startup.

So, starting November 9, we are pleased to announce a new Startup School course, which we call Startup School for Future Founders - a startup school for future founders. This course is 6 weeks long and is designed for students, engineers, creatives, and anyone else who is thinking about starting a startup but not actively working on it right now.

We have developed a new curriculum for this track. It targets future founders and includes YC classics like LectureHow to Talk to Users ( video with Russian subtitles ) and essays Before the Startup ( translation ), as well as new lectures from YC partners, for example, How to Find Incredible Startup Ideas. We've also designed highly effective exercises to put this knowledge into practice. The exercises cover key early topics such as generating good startup ideas, finding / testing a co-founder, and testing your idea with potential customers.

When you're ready to take the next step and really start working on a company, Startup School can help you with that. Prospective founding members can switch to an active founder profile at any time to take advantage of our partner offers, weekly updates, group sessions, and an expanded curriculum. We're also very excited to launch a co-founder search service for our community soon. At Startup School, thousands of founders are actively looking for a co-founder right now, so talented potential founders won't even have to come up with their own idea - they can just look for an existing team they are willing to work with.

Finally, we have also been contacted by universities, incubators and entrepreneurship centers interested in incorporating Startup School content into their curriculum. Startup School for Future Founders' content and exercises are great for universities looking to share market-proven entrepreneurship advice. Feel free to include them in your curriculum! If you are a professor or consultant interested in using our content, please let us know! We look forward to supporting you as soon as we can.

If you are interested in starting a startup someday, or if you know someone who does, sign up for Startup School now.
