Almost a year ago, a friend of mine, who grew strawberries at home as a hobby, captivated me with this idea. I decided to study the practice of high-tech agriculture, and then, by trial and error, I began to build a plant for soilless cultivation of strawberries indoors - naturally, with the desire to bring it to a state in which it can be scaled, and the cultivation itself will be as automated as possible.

I decided to approach the matter with all tediousness and diligence, i.e. first explore existing options. The same friend in his last approach to this process used fog generation. In principle, the system worked for him, but the results that he would like were not obtained: the plants died, if there was a crop, then it was scanty, etc.
Of course, there was no talk of growing land at all: since childhood, I don't like digging in it. Even if I have heard about high technologies in agriculture myself, it’s just out of my ears. So I started looking with what was already being used - i.e. with foggeneration, aka fogponics. It quickly became clear that experienced high-tech agronomists do not welcome this technology because of a number of its unpleasant features (both real and theoretical). However, aeroponics (and fogoponics is just a part of it) in general seemed very interesting, so I began to move along this path.

Summing up, I can say that with enough desire, you can develop and create rather complex systems without prior experience. The main thing is not to be afraid to work with information and apply it. And I think that we need to scale it all at least two or three times and find where to order good seedlings in the off-season.
