Personal opinion:

At the beginning of the year, all launch companies around the world were full of expectations for new launches. India, in particular, has planned up to 20 launches. The pandemic and the introduction of the quarantine regime "cut" all the launch companies. But, nevertheless, the United States and China have recovered and launched no less than last year, Russia and Europe also have launches. And only India was able to carry out the first launch by the end of the year. The Indian space industry is alive!

Traditionally, for Indian launches, together with the main payload, a dozen commercial satellites from different countries were launched as fellow travelers.
