Nearscientific business: the scale of falsification in the publication of scientific works

It's about scientific swindlers in Russia and other countries. 

The Russian segment of the Internet was flooded with proposals for a rapid increase in the Hirsch index, assistance in publications of the Higher Attestation Commission, Scopus, WoS, and in writing doctoral dissertations. These are scammers who run the so-called pseudo-scientific business.
