Requirements for the information model of data exchange " , and in July 2020 the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology" Rosstandart "approved SPODES as a national standard of the Russian Federation GOST R 58940-2020" Requirements for information exchange protocols between components of an intelligent accounting system and metering devices ".
In one year SPODES has gone from a corporate standard to a national standard of the Russian Federation. However, even today for many, SPODES is a secret behind seven seals.
