I am many years old, I came out of the darknessI never made a career. Yes, I make good money, we respect at work. Moreover, I am lucky: every work of mine, from the very first place, is truly my favorite. The thrill of what you do replaces a lot: motivation, careerism, part of ambition. You just work in flux, you are not familiar with burnout (oh?), You are actively developing. Everything is fine, but career - in the understanding of society and HR-s - is not. And if at 20, 25, even 30 it does not bother at all, then you should go over 35, you start to think, is everything so, and what next? What if it's good in the civil service? Or go to teach to the deepest gray hair? I drive these thoughts away from myself, because in my life there was teaching, there was science, there was civil service, and for more than 15 years I have been working in business.
