Dear readers of Habr, I am writing to you with a request to take part in my anonymous survey.
In various communities, I regularly come across discussions about the acceptability of time-consuming unpaid tests and lengthy multi-stage interviews. Therefore, I want to collect data and clarify ideas about acceptable measures for assessing knowledge when hiring in IT in the Russian-speaking space. This will give me the opportunity to reasonably persuade employers to use the most humane candidate assessment tools.
As before, in my previous surveys, in 2-3 days, when the data accumulate, I will supplement the article with the results of the survey.
