The world in the palm of your hand or how we use a chatbot to optimize employee workflows



When the number of employees in the NSPK began to be measured in hundreds, and the number of corporate systems in which they work in dozens, then interaction with them became not always convenient, the time spent on access to them from a working machine began to exceed the actual time of working in them. But what if an employee is not at his workplace, but, say, an urgent need to issue a guest pass for a company partner? And this is just one case out of many.
