On the Russian market, there is a large selection of help desk systems that allow you to automate the after-sales service processes. On the one hand, this is good, since each company has the opportunity to choose a solution for its business and for its tasks. On the other hand, there is confusion about what this or that helpdesk is intended for. Which to choose? It takes a lot of time and effort in an attempt to test all the systems that the search engine issued, and the result is not always even satisfactory.
