Burnout can occur at work, outside work, out of work

There is an idea that it is possible to burn out at work in a large corporation , but, for example, remote work will solve all problems and a person working remotely or for himself will never burn out. In my opinion, this is a myth and marketing gimmicks. I have friends and colleagues who work in large and not so big companies, there are those who work in small startups, there are those who work for themselves and are engaged exclusively in what they choose for themselves, there are those who do not works and is in a state of prolonged apathy, prolonged depression and burns from unrealized energy from within. Everyone has the same chance to burn out. The difference may be that there is a bright and fast burnout, and there is a slow and imperceptible smoldering. What's more dangerous? - a question, the answer to which lies in each case.

How does it happen and what to do about it?

Let's try to figure it out together. I bring to your attention a few stories. Meet the characters and give them some tips on how to change the situation for the better. How not to burn out? Write down tips in the comments. Perhaps your solution will be able to help someone.

Vasily, like everyone

Vasily works in a large corporation, where there is a culture of processing, the requirements of constant development and striving for excellence. This same Vasily has a guaranteed salary, medical care, food and all sorts of other amenities. His responsibility is limited to his job description. Vasily will burn out at work because of the desire to be a good employee or because of the fear of dismissal. And also, if Vasya in life does not have anything more important than work, he will shift all his dreams and desires to work, the company, managers, colleagues. It is unlikely that all of them, even if they come together, will be able to make up for the lost life outside of work at work, and therefore burn, Vasily, burn!
