Almost a year ago I moved to live in Belarus. As you may have guessed, if the relocation passes without problems, then such stories are not written on Habr. However, I have a story to tell. My story will not be about the glorious city of Minsk, Belarusian identity, summer protests and other, undoubtedly, important things. I will tell you about one Belarusian company in which I managed to work for a short time. This story is absolutely enchanting - something similar could be filmed by the directors of Silicon Valley. All my career I thought it couldn't be that simple. Well, even if it happens, then I definitely won't get into it. However, I was wrong. I was not lucky - the move came out sideways and I flew into a whirlpool of events. They are quite instructive and I think my experience will be of interest to everyone who plans to move in the near future. My name is Pavel and this is my story.
