Those who have already encountered kubeadm are probably now wondering why I oppose kubeadm with kubeadm, because kubeadm to create a cluster just calls kubadm and at first glance looks like a script for installing packages and automated launch.
But this was not always the case, initially kubspray installed all the components on its own:
- collected a cluster etcd;
- installed cublets, generated certificates, configs and access tokens for statics pods of the control plane and other service components;
- created service accounts for work nodes and connected them to the cluster.
