Friday evening, it's time for amazing stories.
Two weeks ago I found a new job, which I still enjoy.
But the post is not about that. First there was a phase of active job search and interviews. We have accumulated a lot of experience and conclusions. I want to share this because I think these findings will be useful to both parties (both job seekers and recruiters).
Then there will be a lot of dry and salty text.

I also saw a willingness to have an honest discussion. We honestly raised and discussed sensitive issues from both sides. If something seemed unacceptable to me, the other side accepted it and sometimes they were ready to discuss it.
Therefore, I made a conclusion for myself : in my job market you can easily find what you like and not waste your time on strange interviews. Perhaps this is being helped by an army of hired HR who are driving the hiring culture forward. They smooth out sharp corners of inadequacy on both sides. Maybe your job market isn't all that bad either.
