Launch of nine ERS satellites Jilin-1 Gaofen-03B (6 pieces) and Jilin-1 Gaofen-03C (3 pieces). For the Jilin-1 constellation, the first commercial remote sensing system in China. 

Motto:

"The first Chinese commercial satellite ERS constellation". There is no official motto.

Personal opinion:

This year it was planned to withdraw about 40 satellites for the Jilin-1 ERS group. An epidemic and two hatching accidents stalled this ambitious program.

The deployment of massive constellations of applied satellites is becoming a modern trend. Such systems are a low-cost alternative to traditional Earth observation systems. Russia has no real projects with similar remote sensing satellites. Only plans.

The launch was made from the offshore launch platform. We are not talking about a full-fledged "sea start" from the equator. But this Chinese decision makes it possible to launch rockets with zones of falling steps outside of a populated area.
