The officially announced goals and objectives of the "civilian" grouping "Gaofeng" should not be misleading - the satellites are created on the basis of military vehicles (therefore, there are no photographs and characteristics), information is received and processed also through the military infrastructure. The military uses the information received, possibly on a priority basis. However, about the space activities of all countries of the world, one can (in most cases) say "and under the UN flag a military shoulder strap is hidden."
