Path from June to CEO at Sberbank







Alexey joined Sberbank in 2014 as a Junior developer. Now he is the executive director of: Product Owner and Teamlead of the Sberbank Investor platform team and is responsible for Sberbank Investor and Sberbank Development Schools.



Lesha will tell you on the example of his path: how to grow and develop in a large company, what mistakes should be avoided and how to initiate changes. Let's talk about challenges and opportunities, about work-life balance, about how not to burn out and return if it does burn out.

How Data Science Sells You Ads







Nikita graduated from the Higher School of Economics, during the last year received an Erasmus scholarship and went to Finland for an exchange semester. Despite the fact that he got an offer for a job in Tokyo, Nikita decided to enroll in a master's program at Aalto University, but did not finish it and left to work as a data scientist at Unity Ads, where he improves conversion algorithms.



Nikita will talk about how the Finnish IT market works, what is interesting there and what tasks data scientists solve in Unity.

An evening of warm tube stories with Rob Atkins, one of the creators of legendary games from Duke Nukem to Counter Strike







Rob has been in the game industry for over 23 years, working on projects such as Quake, Duke Nukem, Tomb Raider, Counter Strike. He has been involved in many aspects of game creation, from marketing to development. He worked side by side with John Romero, Tom Holland and Richard Levelord Gray. So we just couldn't help but ask him to tell his favorite stories about colleagues, work and making legendary games.



Rob is now CEO of his own company, Balanced Media Technology, which creates games and combines the computing power of gamers' gaming devices for use in medical research computing.

Dmitry is a product developer, he solves product problems at Revolut, while being a Senior Backend developer.
