The article discusses the formation of policies for the processing and structuring of management documentation. Formation of policies is carried out on the basis of an organization's private information security specification. The process is considered from the perspective of the organization's information security management system. The problem of the development and design of documentation support for the management of the organization's workflow is considered, in relation to the format of the organization's information environments, and unified and specialized characteristics of managing the organization's structure for implementation in industrial operation. The presented solution applies to the structure of the organization. Formation of management documentation is based on the organization's information security management system.This system is an example of the requirements for ensuring the integrity, availability and confidentiality of information that is processed through management documentation. It is presented the information security specification of the developed solution can be introduced into industrial operation, regarding the documentary support of the organization's management. The study was carried out taking into account the current legislation on ensuring information security of critical information infrastructures. Introduction

The information environment is a generalized set of information, technological and software and hardware tools for processing and storing information, including its management [1]. Information security(IS) of the organization in the information security management system is carried out in relation to the documentary support of the organization's management. The processing, storage and transmission of data through information and communication communication channels, which are determined by the formats of socio-economic, organizational, legal and managerial conditions for the implementation of the main and secondary business processes of the organization, are considered. This view is a fundamental problem in the practical application of information security in an organization.
