New legislation of the Russian Federation on digital financial assets and digital currency

In the Russian Federation, from January 1, 2021, the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 N 259-FZ " On digital financial assets, digital currency and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation " (hereinafter - the Law) comes into force .
