Unfortunately, the data cannot be restored, but it is possible to make browsers work without entering passwords at every reboot, and not to roll back from 2004. 1. Making a local administrator
2. We make Logout from the current user and go under the administrator
3. Go to% userprofile% \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft of the user where you need to restore DPAPI
4. transfer directories somewhere: Crypto and Protect
