β€œJust losing weight” is not easy

The internet is flooded with articles on how to lose weight "by eating less than you spent" and reports of some lucky ones who have been successful. What is absent (well, or very little) on the Internet is reports of how millions of people are trying to no avail to simply "eat less", sitting on all the newfangled diets and invariably returning to where they started, and sometimes sliding down the mass index scale body into an even more red area.



In this article I will try to describe the most common causes of failure and give some life hacks that will allow you to trick your brain and finally reach your so desired target weight.

There is one plus in "body positive": you will not live with obesity for long, so the torment will end 10-15 years earlier than without it. Otherwise, obesity is:



  • Excessive spending on the treatment of joints, cardiovascular system and the rest of the body

Contrary to the title, it turned out to be really easy for me to lose weight, although I have never been distinguished by strong self-control (rather the opposite). I brought out many life hacks myself, I learned something from the Internet. But the trigger was a series of articles by Alex Exler (yes, I'm an old man, I can read Exler). Having 20 years of experience as a chubby (right from puberty), I lost 15 kilograms in six months, reached my target weight (77 kg with an increase of 183 cm). He began to pull up 15 times (he could only 3) and push-ups 50 times (he could 20). 3 years have passed since then - while the flight is normal.
