There is such a Project Management Institute - PMI and it certifies different leaders.
In Russia, it is not that they are highly respected (more often they simply do not know), but in the world they do. And here we will figure out in which regions there are many certified, and where - not so much.
What do you need to know?
Certification is not free, so the price tag for trying to pass the exam rarely drops below 1000 killed raccoons. Formally less, but materials and all that - a couple of courses, at least, alas, are not free.
I would say that the cost of preparing and passing on popular certificates goes up to 3,000 of these raccoons, although sometimes I hear stories of 10,000.

There are two more regions in my table - this is an "unknown" region - apparently, the person indicated his data during registration with a copy-paste and something went wrong with the encoding.

And the second region is not a region specified by a person, this is Moscow in the Rostov region. Or the Rostov region in Moscow.

These are the Magadan region and the Vologda region.
In the Magadan region - they can be considered completely one, because these are CAPM and PMP certificates.
In Vologda, it is more interesting - PMP and PMI-ACP.

Probably one of the leaders in the country in terms of IT.
24 certificates and 23 specialists, the owner of two - Vitaly B., PMP, PMI-ACP.
4th place - Sverdlovsk region
The industrial leader of the Urals has 39 certified specialists in its budget.
In fact, it was for the sake of all these regions that the article was started.

In general, it would be possible not to separate this region from Moscow, because the economy and politics of the regions are so similar in recent years that many consider them one place.
But this is not the case.

I think it was no secret to anyone which city would be the most certified.
There are enough reasons for this - from the number of parent companies to the budgets, which are divided mainly here.

Why do I mention people in this article?

In fact, I believe my article will motivate someone to go and pass the exam. Someone that he will be the first in the region. Someone - the opportunity will stand out. And someone wants to end up in such an article sooner or later.
And for me it is important just to prove that in our country there are not only bears, AK-47 and vodka. And we are cooler than many other countries - because these certificates are not given for pull and for acquaintance.
