Introduction
We began our analysis of the current topic of artificial intelligence and its application in the field of jurisprudence with a review of the tools for syntactic and semantic analysis of texts that are used in the development of LegalTech solutions.
In the comments to the previous article, a very difficult question ran like a red thread: why not extract all the meanings from the text? What is the difficulty here? This question is extremely indicative, so we decided to pay more attention to it and give the most detailed answer.
So, today we will try to answer a number of seemingly simple questions:
- How to find “all meanings” in the text? What are the differences in the perception of text between a subject matter expert (lawyer) and a layman (developer)?
- How do these differences affect the development of appropriate IT solutions?
