I work at Slurme . And for the most part I see how courses are created, how intensives are held from the outside - as an observer, a little chronicler, a little more a journalist. I see internal processes, how something is born out of nothing - in just a couple of weeks of thoughts, ideas and well-coordinated work of several dozen people. It's almost like magic.
This time I decided to become a participant in the course " Profession Scrum Master " itself. For several reasons. I've always liked indirect approaches to motivating people. Not the banal "carrot and stick" that everyone is already familiar with from corporate hierarchical structures. Not the “shame, fear, sin” triad used by the ancient Abrahamic religions. And something new. What should appear in the 21st century is high time, isn't it?
