A couple of years ago, friends threw off a very funny comic called "Owl - an effective manager." I laughed, thought that it’s funny, it doesn’t happen the same way the situations are exaggerated. But very soon this comic became my reality - he appeared in our team: an “effective” manager, and there was no laughing matter.
So, from this moment the challenge for the product / project manager and the team begins. In the course of this story, all parties suffered huge losses: the investor, the product and the team. But the main thing is that there is a way out of such situations, and the scale of the disaster can be localized and reduced.
